Processing times
We aim to despatch your purchase within 1 to 10 business days. If your item needs to be custom made, we ask that you allow approximately 5-15 business days. During peak times this processing time may increase. If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified.

Shipping times
Notification via email will be sent on completion of your order along with a tracking number.

*Due to bad weather conditions, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Where we deliver to
We deliver to all locations within Australia via Australia Post.

If the delivery address is unattended, the parcel will be left in a location deemed safe by the driver. If no safe location can be found, a card will be left and either redelivery will be arranged, or the package will be taken to your local post office.

In the case of incorrect supply of address details, there may be re-delivery fees applied in some cases.

Shipping rates
We offer $11 flat rate standard shipping, $15 flat rate express shipping within Australia.

Free shipping
All orders over $110 will received free standard Australia Post shipping.
